Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. We will refund the amount, subtracting the amount of logistic charges once the product is received back with us. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
Exchange Policy
In case you wish to exchange the product or exchange the size in the same product, you can mail us your request and the product will be picked up from your registered address within 48 hours. Once we receive back the product, post inspection we will credit you points subtracting the logistic amount which you can use to order the same product of different size or different product of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact at sales@piccolokids.in we will try our best to provide you solutions. Order once placed can only be canceled within 24 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on sales@piccolokids. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 24 business hours after the cancellation request.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the item, we are happy to offer a refund if returned to DRAPE IN VOGUE within 7 days of receipt of your items. In case of any refunds approved by DRAPE IN VOGUE, it
will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you. The items returned must be in the original packaging, new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
Upon inspection, if we suspect that the returned items have been used or worn it is our policy to return the items back to the purchaser.
Please note: The cost of returning the items is your responsibility, for your protection, we advise that you use a recorded delivery service, this will ensure you are fully compensated should your parcel go missing. Piccolo Kids will not be held responsible should your item be lost during the return process. Once we receive you’re returned items we will process your refund within a week of receiving the return.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. In case of cash on delivery, you will have to mail us your bank account details to refund you back the account
